The two 970 hp V12 diesel engines have been completely overhauled and have run for only 485 hours since the overhaul. The standard engine controls have been replaced by a fully electronic 'fly-by-wire' control system from Hydronautica. With this system, you can easily operate the two bow thrusters, the stern thruster, and both engines via a joystick on the dashboard or a wireless remote control, for example from the deck or any other location on the ship.
The entire dashboard has been renewed, with the old-fashioned clocks making way for digital screens and the switches replaced by modern push buttons. The list of upgrades is not limited to the technical aspects, as the interior and exterior have also been completely overhauled. For instance, all decks have been fitted with Flexiteek, the sprayhood has been renewed, a complete winter cover has been made, and this spring the entire underwater hull was stripped bare and given new antifouling.
Partly due to the presence of a 12 kW generator, 3000 W inverter, dual hot air heating, an air conditioning system, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious saloon including a workspace, this is an ideal candidate for an extended stay or permanent residence on board.
